We're back with another episode! Although our time was cut short in this episode, it was still a great one nonetheless. I had the honor of sharing the flow state with Chance Garton. Chance is the host of InnerVerse Podcast, VibeRant live show, as well as an energy healer utilizing the vibrations from tuning forks. Chance, like myself, is an advocate for teaching others how to tap-- and ultimately thrive-- into their flow state.

Chance and I dive into what the flow state is and how it is defined and used in different ancient cultures. We discuss the importance of physical well being and how it can be used as a catalyst to not just open people's physical potentials, but also an opportunity for people to explore the mental, spiritual and universal potentials in and around them at all times. We begin to tackle the energetic fields and how holes are created and what may begin to enter those energetic holes: Demons.
