One thing I’ve learned over the last years of being a podcast host is that a healthy body is a much better transmitter for creative inspiration. When you feel clear, you can see clearly (within and without). The most important thing you can do to assist the world is get yourself as healthy as you can, and never stop seeking to improve that balance. Your entire biorhythm (all the beings in your personal orbit) will benefit from your enhanced wholeness and clarity. As a living example of what positive energy looks like, you’ll be much more likely to be a good influence to others.
