Your Thoughts Are Literally Changing Your Energy Field: Keith Parker on Field Dynamics
Keith Parker is the founder of Field Dynamics, an energy healing modality built on what he sees as the actual mechanics of how the human energy field works, not a proprietary system like Reiki, but a universal, open framework he describes as the Linux of energy healing.
In this episode: Keith's case that consciousness creates matter and not the other way around; why he says science has no idea what the mind actually is; his view that thoughts are literally frequencies moving through your field; the convertibility between information and energy; why every paradigm shift inverts the one before it; and Keith's concept of "cosmimetics", the idea that the internet is a low-resolution copy of how consciousness has always functioned.

Core themes
Keith's Overnight Shift in Perception
Keith teaches energy healing through Field Dynamics, a modality he co-created, and he traces it to a change he never expected: after roughly five years of intense inner work, meditation and healing work with others, his perception opened in a single evening, and chakras, meridians, auras and entities became, as he puts it, transparent and interactable. That was almost nine years ago, and it forced him to reconsider every belief he held about himself and reality. He links it to the Kundalini tradition's granthis, structures he calls frequency fences, and compares their opening to breaking down a firewall so that a flood of other information suddenly becomes accessible.
A Language That Points at Something Real
Chance admits he first treated chakras and the anatomy of the biofield as a language, conceptual yet still able to shape how we feel, before coming to sense that there is a there there. Keith goes further, saying he perceives them as concrete, and draws the line between the material body science measures and electromagnetic phenomena, which he equates with light, the reason he gives for so many traditions speaking of a light body. In his view the aura is literally the structure of mind, so every thought and every emotion has its own electromagnetic formation in the field, which is why he insists that thoughts are things.
Is Materialism Due for an Inversion?
Keith argues that no neuroscience study has ever located a thought in the brain, that science can claim only a correlation between mind and physiology, and that materialism's matter first premise is therefore a leap of faith. Chance adds memory, saying no one has ever opened a filing cabinet of cells holding a past day, and argues that the Big Bang simply retells the cosmic egg of the mystery schools. Keith insists he is pro-science, but, drawing on Thomas Kuhn, suggests each paradigm shift inverts the last, and he contends science has grown as dogmatic as the religious structures it replaced, with grants and tenure policing taboo questions.
What Lies Outside Time and Space
Keith describes the amplituhedron, which he says came out of work at the Large Hadron Collider around 2014, as a geometric structure outside time and space from which time and space themselves emerge, and he reads it as science brushing against what every mystical tradition calls God. Chance frames the cosmic egg the same way, not as a moment on a timeline but as something happening eternally in the present. Keith compares the spiritual quest to hearing melody built on harmony, harmony on rhythm and rhythm on silence, and says the yogic and Buddhist maps of jhana and samadhi line up with the chakra system one to one.
Energy Healing as Open Source
Keith and his co-founder built Field Dynamics after finding the energy healing world more confused than not, with trainings that often lasted only a few days. Their core course runs six months online across eight weekends in small groups of about a dozen, with an advanced certification level after it and a first in-person version planned for Bali. He contrasts Reiki, which he calls proprietary, like a fully formatted operating system, with a universal approach closer to Linux, where students learn the mechanics and design their own tools. Chance says his own biofield work grew the same way, from learning the mechanics rather than a system.
Quotes
“Life isn't happening to you, you're happening to life.”
“What your field is doing is it's literally a screen, or a projection, or a representation, or literally the structure of what your mind is doing in each and every moment.”
“I'm trying to tap the person on the shoulder and say, 'Hey, mind is not a decided upon thing.' Science has no idea, absolutely no idea what the mind is whatsoever.”
“The Big Bang theory, that's Brahma creating the cosmic egg or Chronos creating the cosmic egg, and then the universe comes out of it.”
“What tends to happen is every paradigm shift basically becomes the inversion of the previous paradigm.”
“If you haven't developed the space in yourself, if you haven't gone through a process in yourself of depth, you're not going to take other people into depth in themselves either.”
“I didn't learn a proprietary system. I learned the mechanics of how our biofield works.”
“The mystery fundamentally is to tell a person that they are creating the reality that they're thinking into reality.”
