Core themes

5 themes
1

Mind First, Matter Second

Within minutes the two find common ground: reality begins in thought and only later hardens into matter. Sonja Testerman describes people as bundles of frequency that thicken into density, arguing that everything traces back to what she calls God sourced thought. Chance Garton flips the usual framing, insisting the body sits inside the mind rather than the mind inside the body, and offers that as the deepest explanation for why frequency based healing works at all. Testerman adds that physicality is roughly ten percent of reality, an afterthought pushed through from the unseen, with each frame of it built as we go.

2

A Friendly Disagreement About Chakras

Testerman presents the chakra system as a lockdown grid, claiming the top centers are coming off first so the whole brain can come online, and she ties this to an ongoing physical ascension in which organs relocate and glands enlarge. Garton pushes back gently. In his biofield tuning practice the energy centers are not a cage but an intellectual scaffolding for understanding how energy behaves, even if for many people they do function as limiters. He argues for languaging all of it in terms of empowerment rather than victimhood, so that newcomers on a Kundalini path are not handed fresh paranoia.

3

Inside a Biofield Tuning Session

Garton walks through the mechanics: an energy field roughly six feet in radius that he treats as mind and memory, read like the rings of a tree, where distance from the body maps to age. Working by phone, with crystals and candles standing in for the client's body on a table, he sweeps a tuning fork and listens for dissonance, noting its height, left or right, front or back. He describes tracing one client's pattern of frustration back to a C section birth, and another whose lifelong picky eating dissolved after a session touching father conditioning, followed by weight loss and new food cravings.

4

Symptoms, Parasites and a Business Model

The conversation turns sharply against mainstream medicine. Testerman argues there is no such thing as flu, that symptoms are the body detoxing and should be embraced, and that doctors a century and a half ago focused mainly on parasite control until, she claims, powerful banking families removed it and cancer appeared. She lists garlic, oregano oil, clove and cinnamon as everyday parasite fighters. Garton raises pleomorphism, the notion that bacteria shift form according to what the body needs cleaned up, and notes that germ means seed while biotic means life. These are contested claims well outside accepted medical science, presented as the speakers' own view.

5

Sky as Playbook, Sky as Reflection

Both reject standard cosmology, though they part ways on what the sky actually is. Testerman says the star map has not shifted in eight thousand years and points to sextant navigation and trigonometry as proof of a flat, domed reality, then recounts a remote viewing session in which Venus appeared as a self replicating crystal geode beaming to the North Star, together forming a nine dimensional projector broadcasting a playbook of events. Garton prefers reflection to projection, describing one life expressing itself as a melody with infinite instruments, and suggests deep alignment with imagination lets you play the score rather than be entrained by it.

Tippecanoe Herbs

Kyle and Serena Denton are community herbalists creating wild-crafted and organic plant medicines out of Milwaukee since 2015. I have used their teas and tinctures on an almost daily basis for years now. Kyle is a great friend of InnerVerse and has appeared on the channel more times than I can count. These products work, not in the allopathic "pharma-medicine" way, but in a terrain-support, consciousness bolstering plant-teacher sort of way.
