Core themes

5 themes
1

Pluto in Aquarius and the Next Generations

Michael said he treated Saturn as a time clock, and because Saturn was entering Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, he read 2023 as the beginning of the end of the world as it had been, setting up what he called a literal new world order two years later. Emily argued that children born as Pluto entered Aquarius would eventually dismantle systems that caused harm, that the process might take centuries, and that the ideological clashes of the moment were a renegotiation of consciousness, so the people on the other side were not enemies.

2

Extinction, Frequencies, and Protecting the Aura

The conversation turned to mass extinction, and one speaker argued that extinction was really a loss of perception, saying consciousness constricted through fear and expanded through love. The same speaker cited renegade microscopists and friends in Arizona who, they said, saw wildlife return after disrupting cell tower fields with orgone devices. Emily answered that protecting the aura mattered, even though everyone's energetic bodies were connected, and said she coached clients to transform their own piece of the collective field. The first speaker added that a person's health and boundaries decided how much electromagnetic fields affected them.

3

Astro Yoga and the Body as Compass

Emily explained that Kundalini practices were aimed at particular energetic outcomes, said she taught hot yoga at a couple of studios, and argued that much of what looked like innovation in spiritual communities was really remembering, adding that astro yoga was thousands of years old. Asked about Capricorn, she tied the sign to the bones and suggested warrior two, or resting with a weighted blanket on the thighs, during the Mercury retrograde. Later she argued that real discernment lived in the physical body, gained through grounding, rest and nervous system care, and she joked that she made her classes massage their feet.

4

The I Ching, Predictions, and Attention

Chance reported throwing coins for 2023 and getting hexagram 44, changing to 28, which he read as a warning about excess, worry, obsessiveness and gluttony, and as a call for people who had woken up and the general public to meet halfway. When Nostradamus predictions came up, one speaker argued that dwelling on predictions could help bring them about, that Gemini tempted people to mistake partial views for ultimate truth, and that it was better to place attention on the highest source available.

5

Saturn, Time, and Nonlocal Consciousness

The conversation turned to Saturn in Pisces as a harvest of past choices and to the Greek idea of measured time versus subjective time, with one speaker suggesting that meditation and yoga widened the aperture of consciousness. Someone raised the 2022 physics Nobel Prize, and Emily said she told her yoga classes that science had finally caught up. Chance described his distance energy work as a sign that separation was only a concept. Michael said the spiritual cliches he once dismissed, such as that life is what you make it, had become real for him.

Quotes

13 quotes
“I think for most people 2023 is gonna be kind of a nuts year, but in a good way. I'm seeing that come in.”
“I hate to say it, not just going with the flow, but really just unfolding this magical adventure of consciousness, walking into every single one of the cliches about spirituality that I've heard, and now it's like, damn, that was right. Everything you have is within you, or your life is what you make it.”
“Sunday night we have Marty Leeds on InnerVerse Podcast. We're going to be talking about his new book, Scripture in the Stars, which kind of does feel appropriate to announce, because he's going to be releasing this book soon that is all about the biblical stories and how they are allegories for the constellations and what the sky clock does.”
“I would say that it is important to protect your aura. Not a popular thing to say all the time, because there's a lot of things that we do recreationally that might poke holes in our auras.”
“There's a lot of what appears to be innovation in these sort of communities, but it seems like a lot is actually remembering. It's been forgotten so long that now it seems like innovation. Sometimes people ask me if I made up astro yoga, and I'm like, no, it's thousands of years old.”
“So this is what to watch out for, I think, big time in 2023, is the breaking point. Stress, overload, exhaustion, the breaking point. Specifically worry, obsessiveness and gluttony are what to not carry with us in 2023.”
“As someone that does distance energy work for people, where I'm using tuning forks or using sound, yet they don't even need to be able to hear it, we don't even necessarily need to be on a call. So there's nothing physical happening there. How I look at it is, energy is consciousness.”
“It's interesting that they proved that, because I was like, oh yeah, yoga teaches this. So the day I read that, I walked in all my yoga classes like, great news everybody. They finally caught up to us.”
“I've learned to embrace naming timed events based off Saturn, or at least letting Saturn be the time clock. Given that 2023 is going to be where we see it enter Pisces, and Pisces is the last zodiac sign and Saturn represents the world, then to me that's the beginning of the end of the world.”
“That's kind of how I wanted to frame it. I'm no different than a drug dealer. I'm just pushing peace instead of like drugs or like hard drugs.”
“The real miracle of life is being in a body. How did you get so lucky to be here in this? And that's where you'll find your true discernment, is in the physical body, and it'll get clearer the more you give your body healthy things.”
“Maybe that's one too many rocks on my backpack, and start lightening our own load and not stay in this energy, because the thing about the I Ching is it's always flowing forward. There's always the next change, the next change. So don't get stuck on this point of excess. Watch out for it when it comes.”
“I'm definitely working on a lot of new projects, just reconstructing how I do everything. I felt like I had to rush a lot of things, but now I'm really taking my time, which is cool. And just focusing more on alignment and assisting others in that as well.”

Tippecanoe Herbs

Kyle and Serena Denton are community herbalists creating wild-crafted and organic plant medicines out of Milwaukee since 2015. I have used their teas and tinctures on an almost daily basis for years now. Kyle is a great friend of InnerVerse and has appeared on the channel more times than I can count. These products work, not in the allopathic "pharma-medicine" way, but in a terrain-support, consciousness bolstering plant-teacher sort of way.
