Core themes

5 themes
1

Public Versus Private Capacity

James Frosch opened his slideshow with the claim that everyone is always a private individual, a living man or woman on the land, and that dealing with government happens in a public capacity entered through behavior. He argued that birth certificates, Social Security numbers and benefits were public law instruments, and that accepting them drew a person into that venue. One speaker claimed that even a polite label such as sir could act as a bribe into the public. James said he was not a law expert and urged listeners to read the source texts themselves.

2

Natural Law and Man's Law

James explained natural law as the seven Hermetic principles, beginning with mentalism, and described man's law as agreements and guardrails layered on top. He said he had no quarrel with most man's law but objected to institutions that used it to take attention and life force. One speaker added that government, which means mind control, also meant life force control. One speaker described natural law as harsh but humbling, since only truth could stand before it, and a guest framed studying law as a spiritual path.

3

Gangs, Government and Remedy

A speaker asked how the non-aggression principle and the golden rule fit a world with bullies, racketeers and a government that works like the largest gang. Another speaker answered that every developmental phase of consciousness had to be lived through, and that the obstacle becomes the path. James replied that victors tended to hide their faces, that parasites were eventually dealt with, and that behavior was what would set people free. Later he read the equity maxim that a wrong never lacks a remedy, which he said usually lay in behavior.

4

Money, Instruments and Collateral

Reading from 12 USC and the Uniform Commercial Code, James argued that Federal Reserve notes were negotiable instruments, that money was created through promises to pay, and that a birth certificate could be collateralized and monetized. He said some groups claimed a lawful money remedy and was careful to add that he did not know whether it worked. One speaker noted that collateral also had a genealogical meaning, relatives descended collaterally. Gabe linked the discussion to the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act and what he called a newly mutable age.

5

Trusts, Legacy and Ecclesiastical Roots

James closed by urging listeners to run business through an entity rather than a personal name and to learn trust law as a way to hold property for later generations. He described a trustee as the one who executes the trust and trains the next. A speaker argued that the judge and the astronomer priest, the magi, belonged to one ecclesiastical system, and Chance promoted Dylan Saccoccio's Spirit Whirled books. A speaker offered word studies on Barcelona, circumcise and circumscribe. Chance called the episode a first part of a longer conversation.

Quotes

12 quotes
“Last time we discussed this thing where we don't register our kids with the government, like what if we didn't do that, what would that mean, but we didn't quite get into the nitty gritty as much as James would like to.”
“That's something that Topher and I talked about over on his channel. Put a pin on that. And if you haven't seen our show, go give it a good listen, because we're in a newly mutable age as of 2012, Smith-Mundt Modernization Act, huge weave there, huge, huge weave.”
“You guys know my love is cosmology. And I really feel like when you have the most broad picture, the most broad context, it puts all the data points and all the information into it gives it a narrative that actually can be coherent.”
“He's got plenty to say on it and in particular just knows a lot about the best rhetoric to help us understand our jurisdiction as creators with the creator rather than in Babylon as slaves.”
“This is one of the things that I tell people about with money, is that it fundamentally comes down to a property rights issue. If we are using the Federal Reserve's property and they have the purview to control your conduct with their property, if you come to my house and you have your shoes on, I say, leave them at the door, I'll kick you out of my house.”
“The ultimate remedy is going to be behavior, like we have to change our behavior, and that provides us the ultimate remedy in regards to our relationship with the commercial system or anything else. If you want to change your life, change your mindset, and that's a behavior that is oriented within ourselves, so we have to start from that place.”
“I like to have definitions. I like to have grammar, you know, the whole thing with this, the grammar of it is important. So I don't want to speak unless my grammar is correct. So that's why I like listening to these definitions and reading them.”
“How important it is for us to be creators in our own capacity is with a blank slate, with a piece of paper, we can construct how we want to see a community interact and how we want to see a government. These are governing documents. It doesn't have to be a government that is oppressive.”
“It's very important for us to make those claims in our lives. Claim your family. Don't just try to give your family away to the state. Start to claim more responsibility. Why? Because God's going to fill you up with the capacity to fulfill it because you're making the claim.”
“You need to take on that responsibility of being the primary trustee, the first trustee, to see that it's executed properly, and then train the next trustee. Because it's not about us, it's about our kids. And then once they're old enough to realize that it's not about them, it's about their kids.”
“I'm sure that wrapping this up in a logical conclusion is kind of impossible. In fact, I feel like this is more of a part one to take this forward and talk more about interacting with the system or not interacting with the system in terms of how our issue, our children are involved.”
“This was freaking awesome. I love these power weaves. This is a real crucial knowledge drop right here. I was snapping little screenshots, but I'm going to go back and get more. This was really great. Thank you so much for consolidating all this, man. You do a great job, James. Presentation is sharp, brother.”
