Deepak Chari | Discovering Your True Voice: Biofeedback, Frequency, & Sympathetic Resonance
Deepak Chari of the Chari Institute joins InnerVerse to discuss his life's work engineering biofeedback technology that helps people achieve energetic balance and deprogram unhelpful subconscious loops. In this episode, Deepak describes how his method derived from healing his own negative patterns, the way conditioned adaptations implant in the deep mind through phases of life, how specific frequency can be applied to help with unique individual deficiencies, the universal law of sympathetic resonance, and much more.
In the Plus+ Extension we explore some of Deepak's favorite success stories with his modality, how this technique applies to the human biofield anatomy, the energetic dynamics of the throat chakra, deconstructing the western cult of positive thinking, proper processing of negative emotions, turning around addictive and suicidal tendencies, and how one person's choice to be whole ripples out to the entire world.

Core themes
The Engineer Who Went Looking For The Source Code
Chari trained as an engineer, with bachelor's and master's degrees, in a family where the options were engineer, doctor, or attorney, while his sister became a medical doctor and together they founded the Chari Center of Health in 1999. He says he set an intention to find a way for his engineering skills to help people heal, and two weeks later friends told him about a Santa Monica talk on how the voice reveals subconscious patterns. He learned the method, and reports the first person he ever worked on was himself.
The Bullying Pattern He Kept Recreating
He describes hiding in the library until dark to avoid bullies, then watching the same dynamic follow him into high school as status and class, into engineering school where professors told him he should be an actor, and into jobs, friendships, and relationships he fled by moving hundreds or thousands of miles. The faces and personalities changed, he says, but the energy was identical, until he reached the realization that the only common element in every situation was himself. Clearing that pattern, he reports, brought nurturing and supportive people he had no prior concept of.
Four Phases Of Programming, From Conception Onward
Chari lays out a model with four phases: conception, where he says a percentage of each parent's and each grandparent's unresolved emotions transfers into the forming child; nine months in the womb, absorbing the mother's arguments and frustrations; birth and the direct interface with parents; and finally the years to thirteen or fourteen, when whatever is said goes in without evaluation. Garton adds his biofield tuning experience of reading cesarean births and guilt patterns off the energy field, and pushes back with a soul choice caveat so expectant parents do not carry extra fear.
Missing Notes, Squashed Emotions, And Sympathetic Resonance
Rather than working from what a client tells him, Chari says he listens to the sound spectrum of the voice itself, hunting for the deficient note among the twelve that repeat across a piano's hundreds of keys. A note he can barely hear or cannot hear at all signals, in his account, an emotion squashing that key: anger, grief, self sabotage, worry, low self worth. His fix borrows sympathetic resonance, the way striking A on one piano vibrates the same string on an untouched second piano, to bring the missing note back up.
Humming Your Way Back Into Tune
The baseline program, Chari explains, is homework by email: music written in the key of the note that went quiet, roughly ten minutes of humming or singing along with a free phone tuner app confirming the pitch, then twenty minute tracks playing in the background. The tuner is the feedback half of biofeedback. He reports personality shifts, clients finally being heard at work, and follow up sessions a week or two later where the note has returned. Maintenance runs about monthly, he says, comparing it to oil changes and belt levels rather than a one time fix.
Quotes
“Your voice is the most powerful aspect of your being. It tells everything going on in every part of you.”
“So when I work with a client, I actually help decode that original programming, which was the source code that led to all the situations they had.”
“It's really that memory is in the energy that's holding the tension, not in the musculature itself.”
“On a soul level, in my opinion, we choose the parents that we choose to go through the particular challenges that that birth is going to allow for us.”
“I will find out for them what their most deficient note is. The notes I don't hear in their voice that I should have heard.”
“It's a process known as sympathetic resonance. That same note on Piano A will resonate the string on Piano B, that same note. That's why likes attract.”
“I always say about this podcast that the vibe is more important than the information.”
“Nothing is fixed. Nothing is permanent. There's always a way out and it's always going to make you more stronger and more empowered than you ever were.”
