Core themes
Pat Starts Assessment at the Feet
Pat described a movement assessment he learned through a certification built around sacred geometry in the body, using an app that slows video of a client's movement so he can zoom in. He said he did not invent the system and did not agree with all of it. Pat argued that splayed feet and collapsed arches fed tension up through the knees, hips and lower back, and that mouth breathing added to it. He asked listeners to look at where their feet pointed, and said physical results opened skeptical clients to deeper conversations.
Feeling Versus Thinking During Workouts
Pat argued that many clients could not say where they felt an exercise, and that the fitness industry's body part days gave people a cushion of feeling productive without feeling much. He described a hand on the shoulder demonstration to show that only the person pushing back could know how much force was in play. Pat said he taught clients to choose where a movement landed, such as shifting effort from the biceps to the hamstrings, and called this taking back the driver's seat of the body.
Breath, Water and Stress in the Body
Pat argued that most people lived in a stress state, and that slow nose breathing and holding a comfortable threshold, instead of forcing a stretch, could move them toward calm. He described tight muscles as a protective fascia response and said stagnant body water followed long stress. He also claimed that steady breathing helped fluid flow through the liver. Separately, Chance described his Biofield Tuning work, saying he looked for the top and bottom holes of the toroidal field and wanted them aligned with the spine, below the feet and above the crown.
Weights, Deep Squats and Owning Your Range
Dylan said he wished he had learned about health before anything else, because money and status meant little without it. He cited two studies he said a doctor shared on Twitter, claiming resistance training lowered cancer risk by 30 percent and protected leg circulation better than aerobic work alone. Pat asked the group how they rested, not only how they trained, and pointed to the deep squat as a resting position many people lacked. On weight training, Pat said people should own every range of motion, then go to the gym and do what felt good.
Myth, Letters and Ancient Origins
After Pat left, the talk moved into myth, language and history. One of the hosts connected the Maxwell family crest to Athena and Medusa, and the group traded wordplay across anatomy, geography and gods. Dylan argued, drawing on his upcoming books, that Phoenician, Etruscan, Greek and Latin letters pointed back to one older shared culture, and he urged the hosts to look up Sardinian stone towers, the Helvetii and Narbonne in France. Later one speaker argued that spiritual stories could be subjectively true without being literal history, and Dylan closed by listing his books.
Quotes
“He does a lot with clients and fitness and mental training and how to be in the now. And really very in line with the biofield tuning type stuff, like that your body has all the information of your emotional and spiritual self ready to be communicated to if you're willing to listen.”
“With the fitness industry now, it's become so focused and centered around getting people to go, I'm doing a bicep curl, therefore I'm in bicep day. I'm doing chest today, therefore it's chest day.”
“And this is where it gets fascinating, because we are now in control of the vessel. We are in the driver's seat once again, where we were reclaiming through movement, through stress, through alchemy, the physical body.”
“But if I could go back in time, I would have learned about health and this stuff before anything, because without your health, nothing else matters. Not a goddamn thing. All your money, everything, your status, nothing. You don't have your health. Kiss it all goodbye.”
“The question I always have is can you maintain that? Can you hold that position without someone forcing your leg? Because in reality, there's no point in that if we're talking about in nature. It's like, look at this cool party trick I can do.”
“I love this, your gateway drug to people, in a good way, because what I do, they already have to be pretty acquainted with woo to at least be open to some guy across the world waving tuning forks around in his living room. Like, that's going to do anything.”
“I'm convinced every problem we have is related to what you guys are talking about with the quality of the blood and not getting the movement it needs because we're not doing the challenge.”
“When you come to this world, the first thing you get is the breath. The last thing you get is the breath. There's no question about it. If you never breathe, you're never really here.”
“I need to own every range of motion my body has available to it. If I can own it, be present with it, then I say, have at it, go to the gym, do what you need to do to feel good.”
“I don't want it to become a dependency on me. I want you to take these nuggets and start to be present and be with yourself, understand how you move, observe how you're standing. Learn how you're living your life and starting to pay attention to the things that we take for granted.”
“And in terms of the toroidal field, the energy field of the body, one of the first things I do for clients in a session is I find the top and the bottom holes of the donut, and especially on bottom, more commonly on bottom, but a lot of times top and bottom.”
“We're all one. We're all identical. It's not that exactly, but that we're more the same than we are different. And that's actually helpful to recognize that no matter what is depicted in the painting, the same seven colors were used to paint it, or a spectrum between those seven colors. And the same is true for these mythologies.”
“This is the last opportunity we are ever going to have to actually be able to research our past, expose it and actually get a more accurate picture, because the reason I made books like this, and I make almost no money off of them, color printing, everything else, because it's getting harder and harder to find this shit online, because they're changing the search engines.”
