1

Pranks, Tricksters and a Ukrainian Statue

Gabe opened the discussion with a statue in Ukraine that he credited to the Enter the Stars channel, explaining that visitors were told a mirror lay under its shoe, so bending to look let the statue's other hand reach their pocket. Gabe tied this to the coin under Obama's foot in the film and to the trickster archetype. One of the hosts argued that the powers behind such imagery treated their actions as pranks that only count once revealed, and another voice offered a crown to clown letter swap. Andrea added that belief itself did not matter, because other people would believe regardless.

2

The Film as a Seasonal Sky Clock

Throughout the evening the group read the film as a walk through the year, matching scenes to the zodiac wheel, the solstices and the equinoxes. Participants placed the opening in the fall and the ending in spring, and linked one scene to a Libra moment. One of the hosts described the Lions Gate alignment and the Big Dipper pouring out in August as the best time to cast spells. A participant credited Marty Leeds with the idea that a coffin shape sits inside Ophiuchus, and another connected its heel to the scorpion's tail. They also read the missing seed in the yin yang as a removed masculine principle.

3

The Winter Skeleton and Voodoo Death Gods

When the top-hatted skeleton appeared near the film's halfway point, participants read him as the winter sun and as the death and magician cards at once. One speaker traced the word daisy to days eye and noted its old English spelling. Others raised Baron Samedi, the Creole voodoo figure, and one participant connected his name to the Sanskrit word samadhi. The party horn was discussed as a party snake. Another speaker described a Nescafe commercial, which they said aired right after the Kennedy assassination, as a hypnosis ritual, and others called the story convoluted and possibly a psy-op.

4

Christ Imagery, Halos and the Fish

Joshua explained that in the Orthodox faith the light around the Christ figure is called the uncreated light, which he said represents the anointing or seal received by saints. Earlier, one speaker read Luke 3 and John 14 against the scene and compared the starry background to an Orthodox resurrection icon. Later, one speaker treated the fish leaping into the boat as the 153 fish of the Gospel of John and counted 153 as the seventeenth triangular number. Joshua joked that all those fish made the scene a fish fry, and the group then moved on to the fire and sacrifice symbolism.

5

Time, Notre Dame and Closing Weaves

In the second half participants read the speeding frames as time acceleration, with one voice doubting the James Webb telescope images and another citing physics reports about extra dimensions. Later, participants read the collapsing church as the Notre Dame fire, and one speaker asked whether the fire could have been a ploy to remove a relic of the crown. Another claimed the pope ordered Vatican assets recalled into one bank. One speaker announced a long future project on the nine bands and the nine implements of Christ's suffering. Chance closed by thanking about sixty live viewers and inviting Andrea and Joshua back.

“It's the Wednesday a lot of you have been waiting for. There's a ton of buzz around this whole I, Pet Goat thing. I'm really excited to be getting into it again. So how's everybody doing out there? Welcome to the Vibe Rant, y'all. I love you.”
“Big time. Yeah. The research on this was fun. It took me all kinds of places. And I had to really hone it down and prioritize what's good.”
“If anybody missed it, I definitely recommend going back and listening to the first show, the first half of this, and pay attention to those comments, because the chat was just on fire. They were throwing around so much gravy. It was absolutely glorious.”
“I have been collaborating with the enemy, artificial intelligence. This app I use to do graphics for the show just recently updated to have AI generated art. You just give it some words and it pops out art, and man, there's been some weird shit that comes out with that. And I made the cover art for this episode that way.”
“So I'm thinking, I would love it if we could get Josh in here. We'll see what happens. I did text him. And maybe to stall for time just a bit. And it's not really a stall for time because I wanted to do this anyway. Let's watch I, Pet Goat II. I'm sorry if you've already seen it.”
“The natural ergonomics of looking under his shoe causes his other hand to slip into your pocket. So while you're trying to solve the mystery of what's under his foot, there's a sleight of hand going on where his other hand goes into your back pocket when you bend over.”
“It definitely hails back to that part of the beginning that we went over where Obama has a coin under his foot as that apple rolls up and bounces off of his toe. So I think that they might have been putting a nod and a wink to this statue.”
“I was like, it doesn't really matter if you believe it's a thing or not. There's other people out there that are going to believe it's a thing. So there's going to be stuff going on, whether you like it or not.”
“Going back to the marriage thing at the beginning, that was a woman's hands and she also had a wedding ring, but it was a dollar sign, and it was Draco's hands, but like they were woman's hands.”
“So right around the Christ here, we see in the Orthodox faith, we call that the uncreated light. And so anytime you see a saint or anything like that in an icon or whatever, not everybody has those. So that's just supposed to represent like those who have received the anointing or the seal.”
“He's representing fire. And I mean, he's got all these fish here. It's a fish fry. You know, Christians do a lot of fish fries.”
“Thanks everyone. We had 60 people watching the whole time. This was amazing. Really cool. And I can't wait to see what we do next as a crew. I'd love to have Andy and Josh back to talk about some other stuff, and of course Gabriel every week.”
